This project is our first main tourism development and we’ve made many versions of its model on our own over the last ten years.
The main shape has a trapezoidal 8/f tower with a 120m façade facing the ocean containing 217 guest rooms around a large atrium. The rectangular function hall is 4/f high and has large ball rooms, the reception atrium, retail, restaurants, the buffet, and admin areas. There will be basement levels with ample floor space for many diverse purposes including retail, private dining, children’s activities, gym and both guest and staff services. A very nice terraced outdoor pool area will be directly below the ocean facing façade.
The land this will be on in unwanted and God said we can have as much as we want and should buy as much as we can as we will need all the land we can use for some purpose or other.
He also said this is going to be our first real project and we will use the 2/d or 3/f floor of the hotel as staff office space to prepare the next phase of the work, which primarily I think will be the Theme Park and New Town. This means we will house 200 to 300 staff, mostly at this point doing ride engineering, costume design and working on the park and new town design and construction.
